Instructions
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees
These muffins will cook for 30 minutes
Mix the wet ingredients
eggs (1/4 banana for each egg or 1/4 cup of apple sauce)
teaspoon vanilla extract
cups applesauce, unsweetened
banana, mashed
Then combine the dry
½ teaspoons stevia powder
cups quick oats
¼ cup chia seeds (found in the natural food aisle)
tablespoon ground cinnamon
teaspoon baking powder
/2 teaspoon salt
Then fold in the
¾ cups rice milk
and top with
cranraisins and chocolate
