Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs 1/4 banana for each egg or 1/4 cup of apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 banana mashed
  • teaspoons stevia powder
  • 5 cups quick oats
  • ¼ cup chia seeds found in the natural food aisle
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • cups rice milk
  • cranraisins and chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Turn on the oven to 350 degrees
  • These muffins will cook for 30 minutes
  • Mix the wet ingredients
  • eggs (1/4 banana for each egg or 1/4 cup of apple sauce)
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Then combine the dry
  • ½ teaspoons stevia powder
  • cups quick oats

  • Then fold in the
  • ¾ cups rice milk
  • and top with
  • cranraisins and chocolate
