Easy Crab Alfredo Recipe



  • 1 pound linguine
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 pint of heavy cream you may substitute half & half for a lighter version
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoom garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 cups claw meat


  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot; cook linguine according to package directions.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add the cream cheese, stirring to incorporate it into the butter and to thicken.
  • Add the garlic, stir well.
  • Fold in the heavy cream and Parmesan until well mixed. Sprinkle pepper on top.
  • Allow sauce to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Fold in the crab meat and toss the sauce with linguine.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Or if you prefer a more down home taste, sprinkle with a little Old Bay.
