Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook your bacon to slightly crispy. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
Either clean the pan or get a new one.
Heat the butter and apples in a heavy cast iron or other oven proof skillet over medium heat until the apples are al dente (about 6 minutes.) Add in the bacon and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
In a large bowl mix together the eggs, cheese, milk and seasonings. Mix until the eggs are well beaten.
Pour the egg mixture over the apple mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
