In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix in oil and sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until dough is soft.
Knead until smooth and elastic like.
Allow to sit for 90 minutes, covered in a warm place.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into balls.
Cover again and let sit for 30 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and top with sesame seeds if desired.
Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
