Ingredients
  

  • brandy
  • turkey bacon or "real" bacon
  • dates
  • goat cheese

Method
 

  1. Wash the dates and pat them dry. Then you will need to take out the pit. Once the pit is out stuff them with goat cheese. Then wrap a piece of bacon around the date. I cut off the extra turkey bacon. You will secure the bacon with a toothpick. Then glaze the bacon with brandy. Finally, put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 you may have to turn the date over to make sure the bacon has cooked.
