Method
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix in oil and sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until dough is soft.
- Knead until smooth and elastic like.
- Allow to sit for 90 minutes, covered in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into balls.
- Cover again and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and top with sesame seeds if desired.
- Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
