Breakfast Quiche Recipe
Breakfast Quiche Recipe
I love a great breakfast quiche recipe. I love them even more because you can make several and freeze them. You can freeze them before you cook them or after. I usually cook mine so I do not have to deal with trying to freeze liquid. Then you just thaw the quiche out and cook it covered with foil for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If it is still frozen you will have to put it in the oven 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. I keep checking to make sure it is hot and then I take it out.
Breakfast Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup of mayo light or regular
½ cup of milk
4 eggs
8 ounces of cheese sharp
¼ cup of diced ham I use our leftovers from this baked ham recipe
4 slices of bacon regular or turkey
¼ tsp of garlic
and sometimes I put in a tsp of Italian seasoning
One 9 inch frozen pie crust
You just combine all of the ingredients above in a bowl. Then on a lined cookie sheet place the frozen pie crust. Once you have the pie crust on the lined cookie sheet carefully pour in the egg mixture.
Then place them in the oven at 400 for 50-60 minutes. The quiche will rise and should have a golden brown look.
