This is my Ham Butt recipe. The best thing is the butt is so cheap and it does taste good! This is just one of my easy recipes. I love to put the pineapples in between the layers when I cook the ham. I buy an already cooked version of ham. Then I heat it up it is about 10 minutes per pound. I use the juice from the pinapple and 1/4 cup of brown sugar to glaze the ham. I will tell you I brush on the glaze prior to cooking and then I place foil over the ham for the duration of the cooking process. It usually takes about 2 hours to reheat a ham. I get a large one because I just love ham leftover recipes. Like a great harvest salad or this great sweet and savory ham sandwhich recipe.
Ingredients for Baked Ham Recipes
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 large can of pineapples
foil
baking pan
precooked ham spiral cut is the best
I simply put the pineapples between each spiral
Then I take the pineapple juice and I mix in the 1/4 cup of brown sugar and I paint the ham.
Then place it in the oven at 350 degrees for the 10 minutes per pound.
I always measure the temperature prior to eating.
